This is AI #257175, originally shipped to Cedar Rapids Steel (to haul around John Deere castings) in 1938. It is equipped with rear wheel weights, rear rubber tires, and front steel wheels, and a LaPlant Choat crane. You can see the second PTO (above belt pulley) used to power the crane.

Take a look at that bent rear fender! It is almost into the tire. Also-the radiatior guard. Do you think it was needed with the beefy frame of the crane around the front? Better safe than sorry.
